You know WebMD as one of the leading resources for online health information. Click on the My Account button at the top of this page and you'll be connected to your personal online account. Click on the Menu in the left corner. Choose Be Healthy and you'll find a wide variety of WebMD programs and resources to help you chase your health and wellness goals including:

  • My Digital Assistant - choose from more than 400 activities that appeal to your lifestyle, interests and schedule.
  • Mobile applications - health in the palm of your hand. Check out mobile apps that will help you begin and sustain exercise habits, lose weight and maintain that weight loss.
