Enrich Tiered Plan
Security’s Enrich Tiered Plan is an easy-to-manage, flexible plan option that balances your need for a lower-cost network with greater freedom for employees to choose from a wider selection of high-quality providers. You enroll your employees at a premium level set for all plan members.
How the tiered plan works
Available to employers domiciled within our Enrich service area, the Enrich Tiered Plan consists of three benefit tiers. Each has differing employee cost-sharing levels that increase as employees move away from the lowest cost tier.
Our tiered provider network:
- Encourages your employees to select high-quality providers with lower out-of-pocket costs.
- Provides in-network access to Security Health Plan’s entire provider network, including the First Health Network.

Additional Enrich Tiered Plan features
Cross deductible and maximum out-of-pocket cost
- Deductible and maximum out-of-pocket costs will be combined and accrued based on activity within different tiers.
- Annual maximum out-of-pocket amount includes deductible, coinsurance and copays for medical and pharmacy benefits.
- Prescription costs are applied to tier 1 deductible (HDHP) and maximum out-of-pocket (Trad).
Dual choice option
A dual choice option is available with our Explore plan if you have employees outside the service area. Provider networks within Explore include:
