Scam alert!

Security Health Plan has been alerted of instances in which members are contacted via telephone by people stating they are calling from Security Health Plan. These calls have been regarding customer service.

While Security Health Plan regularly conducts customer service surveys, we will not contact you unless you have called Security Health Plan Customer Service recently.

Security Health Plan representatives will not ask you for credit, debit or checking account information unless you have agreed to make a payment.

If you receive a call you believe to be suspicious or believe you have been a victim of credit card fraud, please contact your local law enforcement and credit bureau. You can verify if Security Health Plan contacted you by calling 800-472-2363 (TTY 711), Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
