Customer Service Representatives

Customer Service representatives are available to assist Medicare Advantage members with:

  • resolving questions or concerns
  • benefit and coverage information
  • prior authorization, billing and enrollment information
  • changing a personal provider
  • getting a new identification card

Customer Service representatives are available Monday - Friday 7 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.  Providers should call Customer Service representatives to verify member eligibility or check on member benefits. Customer Service representatives can be reached at 715-221-9897. For TTY services, please call 711.
