We've teamed up with WebMD, one of the leading resources for online health information. Click on the My Account button at the top of this page and you'll be connected to your personal online account. Click on the Menu in the left corner. Choose Be Healthy and you'll find a wide variety of programs and resources that will help you as you chase those health and wellness goals. Including:

  • My Digital Assistant - Choose from more than 400 activities that appeal to your lifestyle, interests and schedule
  • Mobile Applications - Health in the palm of your hand. Check out mobile apps that will help you begin and sustain exercise habits, lose weight and maintain that weight loss

Partners in Fitness

Security Health Plan makes exercise a little easier for you begin a fitness program or remain active, by arranging discounts at many area fitness centers. Partners in Fitness is available for members of Security Health Plan’s individual and family plans, Medicare Supplement, Security Administrative Services and employer-sponsored plans.
