Care My Way®

Security Health Plan's Care My Way® service provides you with flexibility, convenience and quick resolutions to common health conditions without an appointment or traveling to see a doctor. All you do is call 1-800-549-3174 and explain your symptoms. If your symptoms match the conditions Care My Way® treats, you'll be transferred to a nurse practitioner. You can get a quick diagnosis and treatment for conditions such as flu, sinus infections, pink eye, urinary tract infections and whooping cough exposure that would normally require an office visit.

If you need a prescription, the nurse practitioner can send the prescription to the pharmacy of your choice. You might incur a charge for this service depending on your coverage. But chances are the charge would be much less than you would pay for a doctor's office visit.

Note: Care My Way is only available to Security Health Plan members in Wisconsin, Michigan and Minnesota.
