Our 24-hour Nurse Line allows members to help themselves and their families to health information they need, whenever they need it, 7 days a week including holidays. And they can use it as often as they like, always at no charge.
Registered nurses are always ready to help a mother decide whether her child can wait until morning to see a doctor. They can provide information on treating a minor illness or injury at home. Or they can provide referrals to community-support resources or support groups when they are needed. All it takes is a toll-free phone call.
