Security Health Plan temporarily discourages customers coming to building for service

To help flatten the curve and prevent the spread of COVID-19, Security Health Plan is temporarily discouraging customers from coming to the Security Health Plan building for service.

Customers can receive quick, personalized service over the phone and online. Current Security Health Plan members are encouraged to call Customer Service at 1-800-472-2363 or call the phone number on the back of their ID card. Members who are hearing- or speech-impaired should call TTY 711. Prospective members may contact the Security Health Plan Sales Department at 1-844-679-9733.

Security Health Plan members may also visit www.securityhealth.org and log in to their account for a personalized experience. Online chat is available for members who have an online account.

“The health and well-being of our members and employees is our top priority,” said Chief Growth Officer Marty Anderson. “We are following the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) recommendation to practice social distancing, but we’re still here for our members and prospective members. We encourage members of our community to use alternative methods of communication during this time. In the long run, it will benefit us all.”
