4. Care My Way®: 24-hour Nurse Line

When a visit to your doctor’s office is inconvenient, you can call our 24-hour Nurse Line and talk with a Care My Way nurse practitioner about many common health concerns such as flu, pinkeye or urinary tract infections. Depending on your condition, a prescription can even be called into the pharmacy of your choice.

New wellness program for 2017 - StayWell

Effective January 1, 2017, the Well Wisconsin Program, including the incentive payment, will be administered by StayWell. This will replace the previous wellness program provided by Security Health Plan and the onsite screening provided by Optum. Visit the Well Wisconsin website for more information.
