Security Health Plan is a health maintenance organization (HMO) that provides health insurance coverage options for the residents of northern, western and central Wisconsin.

Established in 1986 as an outgrowth of the Greater Marshfield Community Health Plan, Security Health Plan serves more than 168,000 people in a 32-county area in northern, western and central Wisconsin.
