Security Health Online
Security Health Online is a convenient and secure online tool available 24 hours a day, allowing you the freedom and convenience of accessing your patients' information anytime and anywhere an Internet connection is available. Many affiliated providers are already taking advantage of this tool and based on their feedback we are announcing some great new features.
New features released in May 2008 included:
- New Benefit Lookup feature
- What's New welcome page will have new announcements to communicate to providers
- Enhancements to Eligibility Lookup feature to include all other insurers for the patient
- New Provider Statements feature
- Ability to search for patients based on their Medicaid and Medicare numbers
Benefit Lookup feature has been requested by our existing Security Health Online providers and we are listening! With this new feature you will have the ability to create a trial lookup of a CPT code and diagnosis code to determine the benefits the service will pay under. You will also learn if a prior authorization is required for the service.
