Security Health Plan contracts with providers in its service area to provide care for Security Health Plan members. These affiliated providers make up the network in the Provider Directory. The Provider Directory lists providers by practice within each city or town.

You may search by any combination of fields below. After selecting a product, leave all other fields blank to return all our providers or search by one or more to narrow your search results. If you would like to search by additional fields; such as gender, hospital affiliations, accepting new patients, foreign languages spoken or provider level (Active Advantage only) use the advanced search option below. When you need to get health care services from a provider or hospital, or would like to confirm provider/practice information, please contact them directly.
