CholesterolOver 20 yearsEvery 5 years

Pap test*20-65 years; under 20 years if sexually activeEvery 1-3 years, may reduce frequency after 2 consecutive negative yearly exams

* Pelvic and Pap screening should begin at onset of sexual activity. Patients who have had hysterectomies for non-cancerous reasons do not need a Pap.
